What will the mavericks do in free agency?

I am so excited to see what new weapons Dirk will have to play with. I am also anxious to see who the Mavericks may let go. I really hope we can do something about our shooting guard position. We always have to bring terry off the bench because of our lack of true shooting guards..Brandon Roy, maybe? He is going to come out of retirement, after all.

The Mavericks rumored main target is Deron Williams. I would love to see him in a mavericks uniform for the simple fact that I have seen him play plenty of times, and I love his style of play. Not only is he a slasher, he is a great jump shooter, and has amazing handling skills. He can also play defense (something the mavericks lacked a little bit last year) and can pass the ball fairly well as well. Deron Williams can definitely take a load off of dirk and terry (if we keep him) while taking a load off of Shawn Marion (if we don't trade him)

Jason Terry has been the second most important player in the mavericks organization since he came to us. Will the mavericks keep him? He is getting old, but a jump shooter never stops becoming a great jump shooter. I love Jason Terry, and I hope we keep him because him and dirk run the best pick and pop game in the NBA. If we have to let him go because we need more money for Deron, I wouldn't be mad though.

Kevin durant's LUCKY shot wins the game

Talk about pure luck...he even said himself that it looked bad...dirk played well, but jason terry and vince carter REALLY showed up for the mavs...I cant wait til game 2, we got em coach...we need to control russell westbrooks shooting though, he didnt get to the basket alot but he sure did score alot of points. Serge Ibaka was a monster, big ups to him..we will find a way to win though...GO MAVS

THUNDER VS MAVERICKS SATURDAY!!

Can't wait for this matchup again!! We will beat them on their own home court the first night, and possibly sweep em...mavs are finding the groove and will be sleepers in the playoffs...Dirk will be a beast as always, and i cant wait to see what vince carter beaubois, and brendan wright are going to bring to the table for us..Im not worried about harden (thanks artest), my only problem is westbrook...dude is a beast, other than that WE GOT THIS!!!!

Lakers vs mavericks? or Thunder vs mavericks?

Either way, we will win the first round of the playoffs, but which matchup presents the toughest matchups? Well, none..because the mavericks are better than both of those teams. Now the lakers did sweep us, but we all know how much or a horrible coach mike brown is in the playoffs. Kobe will do his magic, but im not yet sold on bynum although hes a great player. The thunder will be be tough, but we beat them in the conference championship last year, so i have no worries whatsoever..in the end, the mavericks WILL win again and repeat!!

Dirk is a beast

Dirk is probably the most consistent player in the league...his numbers are down, but even his "down numbers" are better than most in the league in their prime. Not only is he shooting 89 percent from free throw, hes averaging 21 points and 7 rebounds(an often looked over stat for dirk). He helps his team get better and draws plenty of attention..he can hit every shot..the three (37 percent) midrange and layups (46 percent) and he is CLUTCH!!

Dallas Mavericks will repeat in 2012!!

A lot of people think that we have lost some "key components" to our championship run. This is just a stupid myth. Tyson chandler can be replaced by Brendan Wright and Ian Mahinmi when those two guys are on their "p's and q's. Dirk is still playing great, his numbers are down from last year, but i trust dirk, hes the most consistent player on the team and has been one of the most consistent players in the nba in the last decade or so. Shawn Marion is still shutting the other teams best player down night after night, and ever since Lamar Odom left, Vince Carter has been playing phenomenally. Jason Kidd can still play, he is still draining those threes, and passing those dimes to dirk or Jason Terry or anyone open. Roddy B had a great game last night and has shown glimpses of becoming a Jj BArea replacement. Who says we cant do it? We can beat any team in this league...GO MAVS!!
